How we work together
These terms cover your use of kcbrandwear.com and any custom apparel order you place with KC BrandWear ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you approve a proof.
Quotes and orders
- A quote is an estimate based on the artwork, garments, quantities, and decoration method you describe. It becomes an order when you approve the quote and the proof in writing (email counts).
- Quantities, sizes, colors, and decoration placement are fixed at approval. Changes after approval may change the price and the delivery date.
- Minimum quantities and pricing tiers vary by decoration method; we will state them on your quote.
Artwork and proofs
- You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, name, image, and design you send us, and that printing it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You agree to cover any claim that arises because it does.
- We will send a digital proof before production. Please check spelling, colors, sizing, and placement carefully. Once you approve a proof, we produce exactly what it shows, and we are not responsible for errors that were visible on the approved proof.
- Printed and embroidered colors can differ slightly from what you see on a screen, and thread and ink can vary a little between runs. Small variations of this kind are normal and are not defects.
Payment
- Unless your quote says otherwise, payment is due in full before production begins. Larger orders may be split into a deposit and a balance due before shipping or pickup.
- Prices exclude sales tax and shipping unless stated. Applicable Georgia sales tax is added at checkout.
Turnaround and delivery
- Production time starts when we have your approved proof, your payment, and the blank goods in hand. Quoted turnaround is our best estimate, not a guarantee, and can be affected by supplier stock, weather, and carrier delays.
- If you have a hard event date, tell us before you approve the order so we can confirm it is achievable or suggest an alternative.
- Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier or picked up.
Cancellations, returns, and defects
- Custom-decorated apparel is made for you and cannot be resold, so orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.
- Because blanks are ordered in your sizes and quantities, a shortfall of a small number of pieces due to supplier shortages or production spoilage may occur. We will tell you and credit or replace the missing pieces at your choice.
- If something is wrong with your order because of our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will reprint or replace defective pieces, or refund them, at our option.
Use of the site
The content on this site, including text, photos, and our own designs, belongs to KC BrandWear or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with it, or submit false or infringing material through it.
Limits on our liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or missed events. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Richmond County, Georgia, unless we both agree otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
